How to Prepare
Brush the chicken fillets with soy and sesame oil. Place the chicken onto a baking tray and cook for fifteen minutes in a pre heated (350 degrees F) oven.
Take the chicken out once it is cooked, leave to cool and slice into thick strips.
Whisk the vinegar, garlic, oil, ginger, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and sesame seed oil, sugar and chili sauce together in a large bowl.
Place the chicken fillets, red cabbage, nap cabbage, scallions, carrots, water chestnuts and oranges into a large serving bowl. Pour over the delicious dressing, garnish with toasted almonds and enjoy.
